Opening a Korg PX4D

My Korg PX4D Pandora has a problem with the stereo output; only the left side is audible. Unplugging/plugging in the headphones a few times can get it to work. It seems that the output jack has bent out of shape or the connection to the PC board needs to be re-soldered.

I attempted to open the unit by first removing the screw at the back and then pulling the halves apart. It didn't budge and I didn't want to use a lot of force. Is there a trick to getting the halves apart?

Bump to see if this catches someone that has opened the unit.
