Opinions on AMT Capitalist Pig

Sign in to disble this ad
I just ordered a AMT Capitalist Pig for 40$ used in great shape. I have heard its a pretty good pedal and is not as harsh as the communist pig distortion wise. I play all styles and was wondering is this pedal versatile?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. I have a ton of different distortion pedals and amonst them are a Turbo Rat w/ lm308n chip and a Dirty Boy Bass Bully. I am a huge pedal geek and have all kinds of different variations of certain effects. My main concerns are:

build quality *does it hold up to heavy use?*
spectrum of tone *is it a 1 trick pony?*
any problems with the pedal going bad?
does the tube go out quick?
what kind of tube does it and can it use if it can be switched out?

Thanks guys look forward to your advice and reading about your experience with this pedal.
