In no particular order:

Nimbus
Xerograph Deluxe
Phat Beam
L6 M5 for Octave
Prunes and Custard
B3K
Harmonic Booster

I recently picked up the HB and P&C and have been trying some things out, but always like to read others thoughts/ideas

Just got back from practice and Lurv the Prunes!! Sic Sic Sic.

They where jsut kinda thrown together (Prune>Xero) But I am trying this now/tomorrow

Phat Beam > B3K > P&C > Xero > M5 > Nimbus > HB

Tried some low volume stuffis and it sounds promising.

Back to yr deciphering of the new Iron Ether pedal

The P&C is one of the few pedals that I traded...regretted...bought again. Awesome pedal!

P&C into the Xero is nice...the Oxide into the Xero is better (MHO). I like my B3K towards the end of my chain, kinda like an amp simulator...but still distortion.

Why didn't anyone ever tell me bossa nova sounded so good?

B3K at the end, that's quite interesting and smart!

Yes indeed, the Oxide>Xero is glorious. For me I just could not tame the Oxide by itself.
Now the P&C on the other hand is pretty alone or paired up.

I will also try flipping the B3K and HB and see what happens

If you are going to use the m5 for octave, then i would keep it first. (Well, not would, it's what I actually do)

I like my octron first too. I think tracking is the best here. Plus I like the synthy sound of effected octave.

Everything I read says "Octave first" but I always seem to go back to
Dirt > Filter > Octave.

Am I the only one?

Are my auditory senses that off?

It's not necessarily due to sound that people tend to keep octaves first, it's to help with the octave's tracking.

I keep an OC-2 first so that I can combine octave with the other goodies in the M5. If I want just killer low octave, then I use the M5. Just gives me some variety and I love octaves.
