Specifically underneath the pedaltrain pedalboards. I'm currently figuring out the best way to go about it, so I was curious what creative ways other people had done it.

Brim does the Bart mod, where they go down into a spiral loom. And that loom is secured under the bottom rail with zip ties and some sort of zip tie anchors (I hope someone can tell me where to find those..)

Aw man, that's perfect... thanks for the tip

EDIT: I just did a quick google search for the spiral loom but couldn't find anywhere to get one... would somewhere like Office Max or Best Buy have them?

You should be able to find the zip-tie anchors at your local Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Target, or other home improvement store/department store with home improvement materials.

For spiral loom check an auto parts or automotive audio specialty place.
