This pedal is not the Mutron iii envelope filter, it is the Mutron Octave Divider (octave pedal). Most people agree that it is one of the best, if not the best, octave pedals out there. Certainly it is a hard pedal to find and usually goes for prices that high or higher.

its a fair price. not a great deal, but not overpriced. if its worth that much to you, then go for it
