Overdrive pedal to get this sound?

I want to get some opinions on what overdrive pedals might be able to achieve the bass sound in these songs from Fear and the Nervous System.

It can be heard pretty clear in the intros of these tracks:

Sounds like a bddi to me, sounds very scooped. make the drive to be just about to break out, up the presence. It definitely sounds like my old bddi.
