Owners of Electro-Harmonix Bass MicroSynth XO

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi everyone and a very happy new year.

Could anyone with an Electro-Harmonix Bass MicroSynth XO Analog Synthesizer (the new smaller version) be so kind as to measure the unit for its length and width? (preferably in centimeters please).

I can't seem to find these specs anywhere on the net and those I have found seem very wrong. It would appear to be about the size of two Boss pedals I reckon, but I need to know for sure to see if it would fit my pedal board.

Many thanks!

Thanks for the reply, but if anyone has the exact specific measurements I would be very grateful.

Thanks!

Thanks for the replies, but those measurements are impossibly large for the new XO model.

I think they relate to the old model with the 24v power supply which was much larger.

So, the search continues because Google (it would seem) is nobody's friend!

Not impossibly large if that's how large it actually is...and the original version was larger. Totally possible .

Many many thanks guys!

The good news is that it appears this pedal will fit my pedal board, the bad is the obvious damage buying it will do to my already tragic financial situation.....

Take into account the side-mounted jacks too. They will eat up real estate!

Amazon is wrong. 8 X 7 is the dimensions of old sheet metal BMS. The XO BMS is the same size as the larger XO pedals like the Polyphase, the Q-Tron and the POG 2, which is approximately 5 x 6. I don't have it in front of me, but trust me, 8 x 7 is not right.

EDIT: the smaller XO boxes like the electric mistress and BBM is a Hammond 1590BB, which is 3 7/8 by 4 5/8. The larger XO are Hammond 1790s, which are 4 5/8 by 5 5/8.
