Hi guys, just a trivial question but I wondering about the Sansamp BDDI. It has 3 outputs; normal, XLR, and parallel. I know what each one does, however, I'm curious as to whether or not you actually run your signal through the BDDI circuit when using the parallel output.
Seeing as the parallel output is clean and isn't affected by the BDDI, is the input connected directly to the parallel output therefore being completely bypassed or does the signal still go through the BDDI's circuitry but buffered like a typical non-truebypass pedal? The reason I ask is because I was thinking of using a BDDI in my chain to send my signal to the PA, the normal output to a tuner and the parallel output to my amp so I have more control over my FOH sound while leaving my amp's tone completely untouched by the BDDI.
Cheers!
