Passive (Expression) Effect Pedal

I don't even know if I'm describing it correctly but what is and where do you get a passive effect pedal? Or do the wahs and volume pedals come with a passive mode? That would be the best solution. Looking for a foot pedal that controls other effects?? Learn something new everyday! Thanks

Are you talking about the type of pedal that is sold for keyboards? Those can often be used with multi-effect pedals to control effects.
