has anyone ever tested?
it can be use as a ( normal ( compressor?

It only has one output, a balanced XLR jack. It is meant to connect to a PA/mixer mic channel, or onstage snake, and
not
like a pedal to an amp.

I never used one, but I think it has a second output on the back called lokal output, so I think you could feed an amp on stage with that signal.

Yeah, the manual says there is a second output for an amp that has a switch for the gate/comp. It's not footswitchable so it would be an always on or always off type comp.
I don't have high hopes for the sound, but it might be alright.
