Here's what I would most likely do:
Bass Wah
Punch Factory
Bass Balls
Chorus
SonicMax
M80.

If you aren't using the M80 as a DI box, then I'd put it after the bass balls. Let us know what you decide!

I wouldn't put the Bass Balls after the comp. Envelope filters are dynamics controlled and comps can effect how well they work (YMMV). I'd go with what Jonny suggested except switch the 105q and the bass balls.

Dunlop 105Q Bass Wah
Electro-Harmonix BassBalls
Aphex Punch Factory
MXR M-80 DI w/ Distortion (if you don't use the DI)
Boss CEB-3 Bass Chorus
MXR M-80 DI w/ Distortion (if you use the DI)

The BBE Sonic Maximizer Pedal could go anywhere as long as it's not on my signal path. It's a giant punchsucker that gets you buried in no time.

To me, the whole fun part is experimenting with different combinations in different orders. Especially with tone pedals. Try it, because if you find an unusual combination that you love, it may just become 'your sound.'

I'd go-
Dunlop 105Q Bass Wah
Electro-Harmonix BassBalls
Boss CEB-3 Bass Chorus
Aphex Punch Factory
MXR M-80 DI w/ Distortion

And throw the BBE in the trash.
