What is the best order to run my pedals on my pedal board? I have a MXR envelope filter, boss synthesizer, Morley distortion/wah/volume, boss chromatic tuner...

Well for starters, I'd probably lose the tuner and make the band tune around my 5th/7th -fret harmonics.
Someone posted this a few months ago, seemed pretty astute:
