Pedal Building- Starcaster Distortion

Sign in to disble this ad
well, my guitarist gave me an old Starcaster Distortion Pedal which he never used much, it sounded terrible, fed back too much, and ate batteries wayyyy fast.

I was thinking some type of fuzz, I figured someone here could tell me if the current components could be reused for that.

EDIT:

I'm not completely sure what is in it, sorry.

The jacks, pots, switch, LED, battery snap, and box can all be reused, and that's a great start. The components on the circuitboard itself are almost certainly not worth salvaging.

great

I'm a little low on the funds, so that's great, all I need is to figure out how to properly wire it then get/make a new board? oh and replace the battery cover.
