Pretty good set of pedals, if you ask me. The important thing with chain set-up is to experiment, to find what's right for you, but I'd start with this:

BASS > Boss OC-2 Octave > MXR Bass Distortion > Boss CE-5 Chorus Ensemble > Boss DD-7 Digital Delay > Sansamp Bass Driver Deluxe (used as tube emulator) > AMP.

3. Boss CE-5 Chorus Ensemble
4. Boss DD-7 Digital Delay
1. MXR Bass Distorion
5. Sansamp Bass Driver Deluxe (used as tube emulator)

That's how I'd do it too.

OC-2>MXR Bass Distortion>CE-5>DD-7>Sansamp. I don't get why you would run a distortion into an octaver. I've never had any luck with my OC-2 tracking dirt. Different strokes I guess.
