Pedal On: Good Volume. Pedal Off: Too Quiet

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello, I recently bought my first pedal (Bass Big Muff Pi) and I figured I'd play a few songs with it, however when I went through Muse's Time Is Running Out (I got the pedal to sound close enough for me) I came to the realization that when I turn off the Big Muff the clean is REALLY quiet (ie wehn going to the verse to the pre-chorus). Any solutions on how to fix it (without having to stop and turn the amp up)? I'd prefer not to have to buy another pedal but if that's the only way it'll go on my list of thing to buy...

The pedal has a volume knob. That's a good place to start.

You simply turn down the pedal's volume to match the bypassed volume.
