use some logic and common sense.if you want to distort your octav'ed notes, then obviously you need the distortion AFTER the octaver...think of what you want to do w/your tone, and fool around, there isn't any 'real' solution for pedal order, because it depends on too much variables(your gear, your style etc)
99%of the time, tuner goes first,time-based efx(delay, reverbs,) go last, wah(usually) goes right after the tuner(although i put compressor THEN wah),dostortions go as far away in the chain as possible but before the time based efx,and so on...NOW that's 99% of the time...somehow i feel there are a lot of us who are that 1%..

in your case i would try putting the CEB-3 first, then as it follows > bassballs, big muff,octaver,odb-3 and bf-3....
but, like i said, best is to spend an hour or two just changing their position(sometimes it does effect the tone, even when in bypass),and figuring out what it is you actually want to do with your sound.

I'd always place the octaver first, or just after a compressor, to enhance its tracking, then I'd go gain, then modulation. As loopmantra suggests, time-based effects are generally accepted to go last in the chain. Wah is a personal choice of whether you want distorted wah or wah distorted (wah after distortion is so much more pronounced and dramatic). I'd put your filter before your gain section or you lose all dynamic control of the envelope if you have them on together. I also tend to run overdrive INTO fuzzes, not the other way round. ODB-3 into BBM sounds really nice actually, I used to do that a bit with my band. The clean blends are your friends!

Octaver > Bassballs > ODB-3 > Big Muff > CEB-3 > BF-3

I've run this signal as part of a larger group before and it sounded great, except I used a more conventional filter than the bassballs, but I organised them using the same logic.

Try lots of combinations to find what works for you with your rig, but here's where I'd start...

Octaver
Bassballs
Odb-3
Big muff
CEB-3
BF-3

I own 4/6s of your set-up here, with an Octaver on it's way to me. I'd recommend:

Octaver
Bassballs
ODB-3
Big Muff
BF-3
CEB-3

Assuming you want to distort the octaved' notes.
