I've used the George L's for many years, but would try the Lava cables if I went that route again as they have smaller jacks and apparently are more reliable than the George L's (always depends how well you assemble them of course). Currently I've returned to the hardwired approach after a couple of cut-outs during gigs and am more than happy with the Dimarzio Jumper cables as my set up is a lot simpler than in the past.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Andy |

They aren't cheap or very flexible but are ultra reliable, come in wicked colors and come in several lengths.
Quite hard to see but they are on my current board: |

Nice to see that B3 fits on there, I was curious about that.
How are you liking that B3? I've been following that B3 thread and see some positive feedback on it. Been kicking around the idea of a small multi like the M5, but the B3 seems like a contender.

5sg. | i used it last night on my gig. just tried out the synth, t-screamer and the hd reverb for the whole night since i didn't had the chance to learn and edit it yet. then i played with it some more after the show during our band practice. well i could say that this fellow has a big potential. it sounds good actually. the qualities of the presets are actually good and a lot of them or most of them are useful.i will be setting my own patches today to suit my playing needs and will report again soon! but for sure, this will stay in my board for a long time. this covers everything for me right now. but of course, YMMV.

Right now though it looks very similar to Mr M. Musings just above ... chain is Pitchblack > DOD FX-84 Milk Box compressor > Hartke VXL Bass Attack.
I plan on filling it out with a nice and dirty occasional use OD in front of the always on Hartke that's set for very light drive. |

Infact I prefer the Hartke doing this than including my huge Russian big muff on my pedalboard (and it means I can contemplate another pedal to add!).

Maxed out gets a really full aggressive distortion bordering on fuzz, and no loss of low end at all. Super underrated pedal. I've got a Blueberry coming, and I'll try them both ways. Maybe the BBBOD will be the always on light OD, and the Hartke will fill in the dirt spot. Either way, it'll be last in the chain as I use its DI, plus the output is line level. |

@phatbass30, kabayan i've seen your recent board. how's the triton on bass? particularly on the chorus and flanger settings. does it cut a low end? do you have any samples or demo ready? and do you have plan to sell it soon? TIA
