It looks like they're $135 with no foam. I DO know that these cases are guaranteed for life. I've worked with SCS in the past and they are great to work with.

Nola, thanks for the head's up on that case, good to know.

Also, I'd be all over that Low Drive if I didn't already have a B3K and Dark Driving... the B3K is probably my #1 drive as well, and the DD covers the darker end of the scale, much like the demos I've heard of the Low Drive. Can't really justify another overdrive when I've got those two (*sigh and 8 others... lol).

Hey jeffbonny,

I'm deciding between getting a pedaltrain mini or nano right now and I want a rolling case that fits the pedaltrain, my head (GK MB-500) and cables and your case seems like a winner. Is there room along the sides of your mini for the foam padding that comes with the case? I would want the foam padding along the interior.

Thanks

No room for foam with the Mini...it just barely fits without foam. The Nano yes but I doubt most amps would fit. My SWR Amplite might but the Clarus IV definitely wouldn't. With it foamed I couldn't get the bare minimum of cables I need either. Like I said this case is good for handling yourself around town but not for airline use or heavy touring. You could foam one of the larger Pelican cases but with that extra 2 to 4 inches a side you'd be sacrificing some portability.

If Pelican makes one the right size for your needs they're waterproof, lighter and more durable than than a traditional plywood and alu channel flight case type box for about the same price.

seems that I've accumulated 3 PT Minis, how did that happen

this is my new one, love the old DOD stuff! Especially my newly modded Putnam FX25!

just finished this one, will gig it tomorrow night for the first time, can't wait!
dig the GnR cassette pedal riser

been gigging this board for about a year, good workhorse for my rock gigs, although I thought I'd like the MXR stuff a lot more than I do -

here's one I use for my acoustic gigs (acoustic bass, NS upright, ubass)

this was a Ninzan Studio mod!-

need to take some pics of my PT Jrs next

Missed out on a modded PT Mini in the classified section a few weeks ago. So i decided I'd try modding my PT Mini myself. Here's a few pics. I used some epoxy glue and added some rubber feet. Gotta wait for the glue to cure before I can start putting my pedals back on...here's where I am so far.

I've seen a bunch of mods where people cut the front portion of the mini (in addition to the middle portion). I thought I'd try to notch out part of the front portion in order for it to be more stable. Came out good, don't ya think

Attached the PP2+ with ties. I cut these ties and made them flush with the board.

I'll post pics of my completed board once the glue dries.

Have you seen the new pedal train power supplies? The Volto looks really cool for a mini...

Good job Map !

Now I have a serious GAS over a mini. Only thing preventing me to buy one was that I couldn't fit my PP2 + ...

Good job !

Finally had some time to sit down and revamp my Mini after a trade deal with AmpedSilence, my BDDI + $ for his PBDDI! I'm really going to dig having it's 3 memory slots, I had my BDDI dialed in for my Jazz V, but would have to tweak for other basses.

The PBDDI and my updated EP2 take up a majority of the space on my Mini though, so both may get "upgraded" to my PT1 with more space and possible pedal combinations, and I'll go back to some version of my previous Mini (TU3 > BOD > Dark Driving or B3K > Proton > PWNZOR > Tone Hammer). I'll see how this works for a couple weeks before making any actual decisions...
