The octave isn't as bad as I thought it would be and with some chorus added sounds cool. I'm hoping to have a chance to do a video demo this weekend.

The octave pedal I'd pretty much ruled out ... not heard a good word about it ... so interesting you're finding it alright. I may look out for them being flipped on the 'bay.

But really, this one houses mostly functional stuff like my wireless, a tuner, and a sansamp preamp/di. The only effects are an envelope filter and fuzz. The one "effect" I can see myself actually using live is the filter. I would like to squeeze in a compressor too, either the Aguilar tlc or a diamond... |

My understanding is that it uses wifi like frequencies for transmission, so never had any interference with it. Its a little spendy, but worth every penny. The one thing to be aware of is the cable isn't just 1/4" to 1/4", its a 1/4" to 4-pin mini connector (TA4F). The one it comes with is a little flimsy, so I keep that as my backup and primarily use a Shure WA-304, like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Shure-WA-304...item43b7062342 |

Was on the fence between the diamond and Aguilar, but found a deal on the ebs. The mini's getting a little crowded but the stomps I'd actually want to trigger during performance are all easy enough to hit.. |

Thanks to a few fellow TB'ers for selling me the OC-3 and Milkbox. I have a tuner output from my GB Shuttle 6, so I use that for the tuner only. I start the chain with the MBox - Octave (still learning the settings)- Monkey (rarely used / for extra OD fuzz w/UDrive) - the dreaded UDrive - SansAmp. Does the job very well and fits my low budget.

My current set up - considering the addition of a Markbass MB Booster for tone variety. |

5sg. | I used to have a korg G5 back in the day and loved it. But for me the markbass is perfect. Nice customization options and the octave effect proves useful as well....especially with the limited space on the mini |

Long time follower, first time posting. I'm really happy with what I can do with this board.
