Pg.Lost distorsion

Sat, in my room, listening to the swedish post-rock band Pg.lost and were amazed by the bass distorsion on their new album. Anyone who knows what kind of pedal or type of distorsion he uses?

I think the tech 21 xxl bass edition distortion pedal can easily give you that sound. you might wanna go on ebay to find this pedal.
