Phase switch wiring?
Well, basically I have two channels on my pedalboard going into a passive aby switcher. And of course when in a or b everything is fine but when in the both mode there is the phase cancelation thing. So... Is there a way to make a phase reverse switch on one channel? So that I could choose the both on the aby then hit a phase reverse switch? There must be more to it than just swapping the +/- on one channel which I tried and got no signal from.

It requires a small active circuit, so if you are OK with soldering a power jack, an opamp, and a couple other small parts into your AB box, then yes it can be done and it's not too hard. But it is not just a matter of changing around the wires.

Awesome thanks! Yes I'm pretty handy with soldering. Not so great with schematics but I can follow a wiring diagram, I've done a lot of guitar/bass wiring.

Thanks, I found this page also in my research, now I'm just trying figuring out what is what on the schematic and make a wiring diagram.

TL072 is a very common opamp in audio. There are better, but there is nothing wrong with the standard one.
JFET is a type, not a quality.

Do the volts ratings matter on the components in this application?

Not so much, your signal will be under 1V most of the time, and the supply will be 9V, which most components are rated higher than that.
