Pigtronix Infinity looper VS Boomerang PS3?

Hey guys,
After drolling on the PS3 for a long time with the option to get one soon, the Infinity looper by Pigtronix steps in the arena.
Can anyone give some personal experience with these two units and tell me whats better for my needs?
I mostly play stereo bass, the option to keep ideas on a card or computer can be great and the sound quality is super important.

Thanks for any kind of help,i'm sure both of these pedals are extremely well made.

the boomerang doesn't store. that wasn't something that concerned me. when i looked at the pigtronix feature set, it was lacking something i needed (it was a while back so i don't remember exactly, but it was a deal-breaker for me).

i really like the boomerang so far. i've been doing looping for about 28 years and it fits the bill in terms of ease of use, size and the features i find to be important (reverse and octave transposition being two must-haves). the fact that it can do three loops that are either in sync or out of sync (what i prefer) is great. you can get four if you use the sidecar (plus some other nice features). sound quality is good, imho.

no experience with the pigtronix deal.

I've been looking between the two, myself, with the Looperlative LP2 as a darkhorse.

i haven't seen the new lp2, but i talked with the designed at namm a few years ago, and know two guys who were working with him on the features set, which is pretty great, i thing.
one big drawback for me was the lack of a volume knob (don't know that they've "fixed" this). i thought it was a major flaw, they didn't see the need for one . . . my jaw dropped.

still, worth looking at—though i've seen that he's pretty backordered on this stuff (?).
