Place in pedal order for my new Leather Steel

Hello all,

I'm hoping that someone can tell my what would bethe best position to place my leather steel? Before or after my compressor (MXR). and before or after my overdrive pedals?

The Steel Leather is an expander, the opposite of a compressor. I would never have both of them switched on at the same time, so it does not matter what order you put those two.

Overdrives also have dynamic response, so you just need to experiment to find whether the expansion effect sounds better before or after the OD.

I had a steel leather and I used mine with a compressor I used it after my overdrive pedals I liked that clank sound it gives but I didn't like it at the extreme settings.
