Players who use effects

Any badass players I'm not aware of within the effects driven bass community? Stick to bass players so therefor no Stick (pun intended) or Warr Guitar, keyboard, or guitar with some bass strings (Charlie Hunter).

Michael Manring (Attention Deficit, Sadhappy)
Reed Mathis (Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey)
Les Claypool (Primus, Frog Brigade, Oysterhead)
Bill Laswell (millions of things)
Victor Wooten (Bela Fleck and the Flecktones)
Juan Alderete (Mars Volta)
Flea (RHCP, Mars Volta)
Jaco Pastorius (Weather Report)
Doug Wimbish (Living Color)

just to start off with some of the obvious...

Let's see....there's a few out there. Dustin Colyer and Ben Humphrey are cool. But they're scum. They're homeless people. They go from town to town mooching off of others. Ate everything in my fridge. Drank all my ******* yoohoo. Jeff Berger was really good but now he's dead. Adam Hartley is the best unknown guy. He keeps getting ready to go into the studio to record his new solo album but EVERYtime has to cancel because he flips is ******* board. Danny Walters is too busy working for the man. Etchin sketchin for the man. The man plays keyboard and his name is Brian. He's a cool man. Eric Bee was getting some excitement (!) but he dropped the bass like a bad habit when he joined that hippie commune. There's James Hoy....but he killed a man.

Nope. Forget all those clowns. Bunch of ********.

I love how Wayne Krantz and Tim Lefebvre use effects and create a very unique sound. I also like John Davis' work with Jojo Mayer. That's something again interesting.
