octave, and PT's bassist tends to use EBS pedals, so look at their octabass

I'd say the EBS octave pedal, he's endorsed by them and his board was 90% EBS gear last time I looked.

It definitely sounds like an octaver. Yeah could be the EBS OctaBass, although it does sound a bit like the classic Boss OC-2 with the first octave down turned all the way up and the second octave and direct turned all the way down.
