Power adapter for Korg Tuner?

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm about to get a Korg tuner and am wondering if it's worthwhile to get the compatible power adaptor; I've heard different things about the Korg's battery life. I don't use any effects, and this would be a stand-alone from the tuner out on my amp.

Batteries last a good long time in a tuner, but the Korg will run from any 9VDC center negative adapter, such as Boss, and One-Spot.

I agree. I've had good luck with batteries but have been using a Voodoo Lab power source for the past several months. But also had great luck with both a 1Spot and Godlyke.

I would just pick up a Godlyke powerall or one spot if its the Korg DT-10 as those have a buffer. If its a True bypass pitchblack, than it will run a really long time on a battery and still pass signal if the battery dies, so a power supply isn't as important.
