Question Power conditioners: Samson, Furman or other?

Sign in to disble this ad
Thinking about getting one for my rack. I've checked the Samson PS10 and Furman MX-8, both quite cheap. Are they any good? Any recommendations on other models or brands? Not looking to spend a fortune though.

Cheers!

Search for "power conditioners" or the like and you'll find a bunch of debates on them.

Done that, just wondering if anyone own one of these in particular?

I use a Furman PL 8 Plus. The voltage meter comes in handy to check volts to the amp. Cleans up the rack in the back as well. Just plug in one cord and everything is good to go!

how does a meter "insure" proper voltage?
answer - it doesn't.

only a voltage regulator will do that, and they cost a bit more then a power surge protector(circuit breaker like all common power strips) with RF filtering commonly known as a power conditioner.
