Power Supply from other Country

not sure if this has been posted but i didnt know how to 'word' my search.

Anyways, basically im after a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 and they cost heaps here in Australia. over in America they are about half the price.

The voltage will be different. It's 240V in Australia and 110V (?) in America.

Is the PP2 capable of being used in Australia if its bought from America?

Not without a step-down transformer. You have a couple of options: get an Oz-voltage unit from a US retailer; get a used US unit and have the seller send it to Voodoo Labs for conversion to Oz voltage; get a used US unit and run it off an external step-down. From better to worse in that order.

Not entirely sure what a stepdown transformer but is it a box that you plug the cord into or something? is it possible to just get a wall transformer?

It is a box you plug the cord into, which then plugs into the wall.
