Powering El Capistan with BBE Supa Charger

Sign in to disble this ad
ok ok.... I've heard a lot of talk about powering issues with a Strymon El Capistan (on different websites) and some people having shut down issues with the BBE Supa Charger in 5 or 6 output (only 200mA iso per output and El Cap needs 250mA).

Here's some info to help some of those guys out:

Run a simply multi plug daisy chain (parallel like a Visual Sound (aka 1Spot) or Boss) on 5 & 6 to get your 9v 400mA rating. From there your golden!

I know, I know.... I KNOW!! not rocket science, but when there are some brain farting going around, here is the anwser.

Yes, you can make one or have one made, but this is a easy and simple powering solution if you have an daisy chain laying around.

Enjoy!
