Pre/Dist? Aguilar/Radial?

SO! I was reading the 'what the () is going on at Aguilar' thread in the amps forum and posted something like 'why doesn't Aguilar make an Agro TGoneHammer?'

So having a slightly beefier toneHammer (with an FX loop before the DI out, a tuner out, and AGS level control) with their Agro Distortion/pre in a box for the floor...

...would that be worth $450 to any of you?

Is there a similar product on the market?

The only reason I was thinking of this is I don't have a pre stompbox and have been drooling over myself thinking about the ToneHammer but wishing it could be a more useful tool to make a board-based rig a reality, essentially putting it in direct competition to the Radial Bassbone, but giving it more EQ control.

If the Agro distortion were thrown onto it, that might be a bit too much for a lot of people...but it would be great to have a switchable pedal version of that strange little almost rack unit.

I am hesitant to want to move to the Radial because of the lack of EQ, but every other feature on it makes it a more useful unit than the ToneHammer.

Maybe we'll see something like this come onto the market at next year's NAMM.

I suppose there'll always be a good reason I may never have any Aguilar gear.
