PREAMP+FX

Hi,

I'm looking for a "preamp + some effects" all in a rack format.

I need a good warm tone preamp (so I looked for valve), I'm not on overdrive or fuzz things. Clean warm full round tone. A good EQ for tone shaping, good compressor/limiter. A bunch of fx like pitch shifter, chorus, phaser. The output will go straight on my audio card (or through a mackie mixer)

I found an ART SGX Nightmare at 180 euro and a Digitech Valve Fx at 170 euro.

Are they still worth the $$$ ?

With my specs in mind what else do you suggest (2nd hand - max 250 euro).
