Prescription Electronics has made several different pedals. Which one are you asking about? Also, whichever one it is, be sure to look up and read any previous threads about it.
There's a prescription electronics pedal called the "experience". It's supposed to be in the style of Jimi Hendrix. I know it at least has fuzz and volume swells to do reverse delay-type sounds. I played with a guitar player that used one on guitar but I've never tried it with bass.
