Primus bass sound!

Hi, I was just listning an playing along to electric uncle sam by primus and I was just wondering how to get the same sound claypool gets in the verse and ending bit, which pedals and what effects could produce this sound, I think its some kind of filter but im not sure. Just wondering if anyone knew what effects these are as id love to write a bassline with that sound

Claypool's filter sound is from a korg ax300b which is modeled afer the mu tron 3. I've been chasing his filter sound for years and the closest I've come is with and ebs bass iq plus a 3leaf audio proton mutron clone and a sansamp bass driver di for od.
I have a YouTube sound clip called proton bs bass iq if you wanna har what I'm doin but I don't use bddi.
I eventually want to try my Russian big muff through them as well but just haven't gotten to it. In the soundclip I'm using a jazz bass but I think it sounds better with my Warwick also.
