I'm going to be buying a distortion pedal over the weekend and I'd like to know which one sounds better, based on your experience? |

I've heard mixed reviews on the Pro Co Rat2. It seems most prefer a mod or a copy that addresses certain quirks with it. I own a modded copy and like it. I've never owned the original, so don't take my word for it. Just do some digging on TB to get some good insight.

Steves music here in Ottawa don't have it and I have a gift certificate to blow there. lol
My choices are Big Muff or Rat2.
My son should know better than to confine me to 1 single store. |

Trying to mod a Rat2 is no fun! |

| | | | I have both and I really like them running together. If I had to go with only one I would definitely go with the Muff.
Sounds like you already have your answer though...
