I've had the Wasabi longer than any other pedal on my board. I don't think I will ever get rid of it unless it poops the bed on me. The reverse feature is fun. It would have been nice if they put another stomp switch on there to activate it but it's still fun and if you play in sock-feet you can hit the little button with yer toe. Give it a go and see if you like it. |

mannnnnnnnnnn. i just did the layout and working on the power for my new OMGILOVETHISBOARD PT-Pro. WOOF. that's....... that's a lot of space. and i ENJOY that.
waiting on two or three things, i have empty spots for some, place holders for others. gotta wrap some appropriate length cables this weekend. i'm using about 5 or 6 that i would hate to have to deal with in a gigging situation but i wanted to make sure everything works.
moof. HAPPY. |

he.... IS The One after all. | Awww, shucks.. Thanks guys..
It's unreal, this board's been on a constant journey for the last two years and one is never truly done. I'm already debating getting a tremolo, possibly a Tremolessence.
I dunno.
So INDECISIVE!
The VP has kinda disappointed me, 90% of the expression capability lies in 25% of the total travel. I'm considering getting it modded, but have no idea if it's gonna work or who would do it. Any ideas guys?
...I'm missing my Nimbus. Kinda regret selling that one.

And I love it, Nero. Nice stuff. I'm always cool about the wait time on the stuff I've ordered.....until I check out this thread.....gets me all antsy and stuff. |

although, for about the same price i'd pick up an Expressionator. it would let you multiple the outs to 3 devices, and you can set the range for each channel so if you feel like there's only 1/3rd of the pedals movement that you enjoy, you can limit to that rage and then the whole sweep of the VP will just go through the parts you like.
might be a better solution? |

I will report back and if it's successful could potentially do these mods for less (though far less fancy/polished looking). |

It would take up some pedalboard real estate though.
But I could move the VP off-board and make room for an Expressionator and maybe a trem, and still have some space left.
WILL THIS EVER END?!

SO annoyed because i forgot the Brain Freeze was AC. EVERYthing else, eve M5, TimeLine and BEF Pro run off just the Cioks. DAMN IT. wanted just one plug.
but yeah. i was interested in the Expressionator when they started working on it. and now that i've had one, i don't want a board that has an expression pedal that DOESN'T have it. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
