So.. I've realised I dont really need the Hog foot controller for presets(for band purposes).. I have my octaves set how i like 'em, and click on the filter if need be.
Occasionally, I will change the exp. pedal setting, but it is mostly on octave up or volume.
Not having the foot controller has cleared up lots of space on my board, I'm able to put my tuner back on, and add back in my digitech bsw(which i dont use alot, but it's nice to have options), also added in a DD-7, and faaaark its good to have one again, it's hands down my favourite delay. Pics to come once my volume pedal arrives.

| | Oh Word | | Join Date: May 2011 Location: connecticut | | | I think I already posted in this thread way back but I've had a huge overhaul. The addition of the voodoo labs digital, octaswitch, nimbus, and oxide has opened up so many possibilites!! Still gotta replace a few cables with George L's, and maybe the sansamp with a better overdrive but I'm almost done!
This forum has really helped me put this board together. It's amazing what searching this forum will get you. I knew nothing about effects before I started roaming talkbass all day.

This time it's bypass loops, A/B boxes, kill switches, blending and all manner of switching systems... Shep on Bass - Signal Chain BASSics, Part VII: Switching.
It seems quite fitting that this is ready to be shared given the post above features a nice shiny Carl Martin Octo Switch. Hope someone finds the info useful and not just a load babbling rubbish!

Nothing fancy, board itself was only $10 and 2 hours total of work :-)
