I was a little surprised when I first used it because the EQing seemed thin and shrill to me after being accustomed to the muddiness of a raw mic but after my first gig with it I got some comments on how much more clear I was in the mix. I wasn't sure how well the correction worked when I tested it out of the box, but when I heard my backing vox bounce bouncing back i was amazed at how spot on it was. I leave it set at about 12:00.
I just got the H1 yesterday and haven't played with it much yet. Looks like it can be programmed to provide minor, dorian and mixolydian scale tones but i haven't tried it yet. Right out of the box it sounds really bluegrassy, and you can sing the harmonica intro to Blackfoot's "Train Train" with it

I sold it about 2 months ago and am currently (VERY HAPPY!) with the WMD Super Fatman. It can do funky, synthy, warbly, nasty, drippy, quacky and much more. |

I can honestly say I don't want anything else..? | That's awesome man! A rare thing, particularly around TB. I'm close I think... A couple more key pedal purchases will allow me to finish both of my boards for good as well.
Congrats!

I forwarded some information to the guitarist at my church including the Premier Guitar review, and it sounds like he might try out at lest one of them. Maybe I'll get a chance to check it out on bass.......?

New Swollen Pickle. First pedal addition in almost 4 years, starting to resemble a respectable setup again... Gonna have to build a new board. Apartment living has me playing through old guitar practice amps that my old roommate left me, I haven't used my SVT in over a year. But I recently found out that you can bypass the crappiness of the amp and it actually sounds really good through quality headphones. The next step is a Boss LS-2 so I can run the ValveDrive and SP in parallel. Options include fuzz+clean, fuzz+OD and OD+clean... |

5sg. | Interesting, I'm going through to Glasgow on Thursday to visit a few places and try a few pedals, if they have any in stock I'll report my findings.

Hopefully i won't get tempted by anything else while I'm there, but I'm sure something will catch my eye.
