Question about true bypass pedals

I've got a Markbass Super Booster at the end of my effects chain. It takes a different power supply than my other pedals. There are times that I simply don't need to use the pedal and I don't plug it in. It appears that the sound still travels through this pedal unaffected when not plugged in. My question is: is this effecting my sound at all or is it bad for the pedal? The way it's rigged on the pedalboard, it would be a pain to bypass all together.

Thanks.

its totally fine, i think its because the TB switches are mechanical and so dont require any power.

its the same reason you can get true bypass loopers that dont need a power supply (unless they have an LED)

Yeah. When its not engaged or its not powered, the signal goes straight through the jacks and doesn't touch any of the circuit board stuff.
