Thinking about getting this, any good or bad thoughts? Durability?
Thanks all!

I've got one of the extra large aluminum sided versions. Had it for almost three years now - it's great for the price. I did have to replace the inside velcro after about two years - after rearranging my board a couple of times, it started to peel off the backing. Other than that, I've had no serious complaints.

I have one..it's good for the money..I use the shallow side(with a piece of 3\4"plywood covered in velcro inside) for my pedals and the deep side as the lid.

The handle fell off of mine. i had to push the pin back in and glue it... THEN the velcro started peeling after about 2 months. I replaced it with some carpet I got at home depot. The locks don't actually work at all.. after locking them they can easily be opened it's just slightly harder than if you didn't lock them.

Despite everything I love mine. I've had it for about a year and it's great. Can't beat the price, but don't buy one unless you can deal with those issues.

I did this with mine too. Even the shallow side was a little too deep, so I had to raise it with plywood.

Hmm... Maybe I should just build one after all. I'm guessing the one I build will just be heavier than aluminum. I have the wood and corners laying around...

Thanks, guys!
