Running a Dunlop MXR M80 in front of amp (Hartke LH500) or in effects loop

What would be the best option, or better put how would the overall sound be effected?
I realise the first thing people will say is TRY IT AND SEE.
Unfortunately I wont have my rig for another few weeks and the question just hit me so I thought I'd ask.
Thanks.

I'd say in front.
You might clip the input of the pedal if you put it in the effects loop.

BTW,
I think if you are using active pickups then you realy don't need a boost going in the front input.

That pedal isn't really designed to be run in an effects loop. You might be able to run it into the effects return, but 99% of pedals are best into the regular input on the amp.
