Question Running floor processor before preamp, okay?

Sign in to disble this ad
I’m a running Passive Bass into Digitech BP200 into BMAX preamp (passive input), then compressor, power amp, cabs.

I'm wondering if that's right.

Should the BP200 be before the preamp or through the MBAX Effects loop?

Thanks.

Or not. It's not a black-and-white situation, and answering as though it is indicates not understanding how the equipment works. Here's an article that explains what you need to know: http://www.ovnilab.com/articles/fxloop.shtml

Not about a bass. Effects seems to be the best fit?

Moved.
