Sadowsky Preamp/DI problem

I bought a used Sad Pre/DI. It sounds like a million bucks!! Unfortuanetly, the low battery light is coming on after only about 8 hours use. It has happened with two different brand new batteries. Anyone else had this issue?? I plan on contacting Sadowsky, but I figured I'd ask if anyone had had a similiar issue. Thanks

My Sad DI works fine. I actually play it with an active bass, which is not often seen, but it works great. Yours might be milking juice for another reason. I think you should call Sadowsky.
