sure looks like it. I was browsing ebay for green big muffs. then saw this clip on youtube about this guy talking gear. They look the be the same pedal. green muff at 2:15

Yes they do look similar. Note however that pedals from that era vary greatly in tone and in component inside. There is no consistency. I might suggest you look at a modern version of the same thing. Wren and Cuff has a terrific Tall Font Russian for example. Also for a different style withint the same family Stomp Under Foot makes an incredible Civil War. Fuzzrocious Grey Stache adds new tricks and yields some really crunchky tones while doing so. All highly recommended. Dig in the topic of vintage muff before buying.
