sans amp bass driver

I want to get a power amp to run the sans amp bass driver i have( was thinking of throwing in a eq to go with it) has anyone done this?and what are the pro's and con's? - suggestions?

Haven't done this but I know it would sound decent enough.
The BDDI sounds great running by itself into a PA system.
I own a Sansamp BDDI and a VT Bass..
I plan on getting a power amp soon to test this theory of yours myself.

yes. that's what it's designed for.

it's not my favorite preamp pedal tone-wise, but it'll work fine with a power amp.

That's what I did - got a markbass little mark 2 - has the EQ built right into it

joking aside that's what I do - I use the bddi for tone and the LMII for room compensation . . .

i do it all the time; sansamp pedal + regular power amp = kick-ass bass amp.

I had a Para Driver DI, and, while it can drive a power amp like my Crown XLS1500, it didn't send as strong a signal as my old BBE B-MAX for example.
