Sansamp BDDI vs Behringer BDI21 BLIND TEST!!!!

We always talk about the difference,I have both now, so I decided to help the people on TB and I made some samples,
I know they're not good enough to show the RREAL differences in sound, but I think they help enough to figure out the basic tone of this two pedals, hope this will help someone
and now...tell me who is who....
the sample are normalized so please don't consider the output level.

flat setting for both, blend at max:
ROUND 1

http://www.gospel.bo.it/displayimage...lbum=410&pos=9

slightly difficult...I tried to made the same sound:
ROUND 2

http://www.gospel.bo.it/displayimage...lbum=633&pos=3

http://www.gospel.bo.it/displayimage...lbum=633&pos=4

overdrive!!!
flat controls, blend at max, drive at max
ROUND 3

http://www.gospel.bo.it/displayimage...lbum=633&pos=5

after the solutions , we could talk about the differences, the pros and the cons

Great thread! Can't wait to see the results of this, being a Behringer owner.

I would say:
1. round: 1 = Behringer 2 = Sansamp
2. round: 1 = Behringer 2 = Sansamp
3. round: 1 = Sansamp 2= Behringer

but that was difficult!

great idea, Micolao.

I'm very excited. I own the Sansamp BDDI programable.

I really don't know which is which, but I prefer the second one. It sounds a bit smoother, especially in the overdrive clips. So I'll guess#2 is the BDDI.

when you say #2 remeber to specify the "round" you're talking about
they're not in the same order in all the 3 rounds.

i prefer the 2nd clip on each pair....although the flat settings i like both about equal.

i really don't care for the sound of the first overdrive.

i'm hoping the sansamp is the second clip in round 2 and round 3. round one is a toss up.
