You can follow this post to: this frequency response analysis of the programmable BDDI. You'll see that there is no one simple answer to your question. Not sure if yours will be identical though.

Tech 21 says plus or minus 80Hz on the bass knob. I remember emailing Behringer the same question about their ADI21 and they said 80HZ as well. Copying Catting B******ds!

Anyway, I just bought a paradriver so now I have variable mids to put back some of the scooped mids, if need be.

I get a more mid-range tone on my BDDI by just lowering the bass/treble controls and upping the level. I keep treble at around 8 o'clock, bass at 10 o'clock, raise level to account for volume drop. Also run presence at about 2 o'clock for a little bit more high mid grit.

Similar to what Charlie is saying... From Tech 21:

I should probably explain a bit more. The EQ points on the Bass Driver and Para Driver are not the same as a fixed EQ point on say a mixer or graphic EQ. As the control is adjusted the center point changes and there is a pretty broad sweep. The entire shape of the EQ is changed. It's tuned to be musically beneficial for instrument use vs a more narrow type of EQ that is used to adjust specific frequencies. For instance many parametric EQ's will have a very narrow "Q." This allows you to notch a very specific EQ frequency in order to get rid of feedback or an unmusical node etc.
