Sansamp gt2 pedal vs big muff bass pi for fuzz bass?

Hey does anybody out there use a sansamp gt2 pedal for fuzz bass? I currently own one of these but am considering a big muff fuzz or a big muff bass fuzz for my rig. I use an ampeg svt 4 with the svt 8x10 cab and a 70's model Ricenbacker 4001, i play in a heavy alternative style band similar to Foo fighters, soundgarden and old AIC, radiohead old U2 etc, any help would be appreciated. The sansamp gt2 gives you more of a distorted bass sound rather than a bass fuzz sound. marco of nightwish uses this pedal on his bass.

If you want a bass fuzz sound, the electro-harmonix bass big muff pi would be a good choice.
