Sansamp RBI input transformer tap

Can anybody please advise whether a Sansamp RBI which is currently configured for 110VAC can be easily changed to suit 240VAC? Is it simply a matter of changing the 1A fuse for a 1/2A fuse? Does the power transormer have a different tap for 240VAC os is a new tranformer required?
