Sansamp VT vs RBI

Hiya guys

I was just about to buy the sansamp VT to give me a nice tube sound, and dial in some overdrive for rockier songs.
Then I seen a sansamp rackmount RBI tube emulator.
I have a spare space in my rack, so will I get the same sounds with the rackmount emulator as the VT stomp box?
