Man, I love those old rock and/or roll recordings that split the bass and guitar between each speaker. You know, back when bass still mattered to the genre.
Maybe a univox? super fuzz, its got decent low end so i wouldn't think it to be a maestro. I have a moog maestro fuzz and played a kalamazo gibson maestro both don't sound gated like that. kinda sounds like the fuzz in my PWF but with more low. FWIW i am on a laptop listening.
